Brass Care & Restoration Method

  • Brass reacts with air and will oxidize to varying degrees.
  • If spots appear, use a cotton swab dipped in white vinegar to rub them.
  • Rubbing with vinegar will immediately restore the shine to the treated area.
  • Do not leave the vinegar on the brass for too long.
  • After wiping, quickly rinse with clean water, dry and store.
  • The principle is the same as 925 sterling silver blackening from oxidation.
  • Keep brass away from chemicals, cosmetics, etc.
  • When not wearing, store as soon as possible in a sealed bag/box.
