1. What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or Paypal.

2. What should I do if my payment doesn't work

We're sorry for the trouble!

Please make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank. If you’re still having an issue, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help!

Shipping

1. How long it will take for my order to arrive

Since everything is Original design and most are handmade, for most orders , delivery takes 8–16 business days, depending on your location.

 

If your order includes a pre-order item or Custom item, delivery may take a bit longer. We only begin production after you make the order, this helps us create intentionally and reduce waste.

 

For the most accurate delivery time, check the product page (just above the “Add to Cart” button).

 

Please note: Delivery times don’t include possible carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or busy holiday periods. If you have any question about your order tracking, please contact us, we will do our best to help.

2. How much does shipping cost?

For orders under $50+: United State:$8.9

Shipping price depend on the location and the weight for the packages. It will be shown at the checkout page.

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey.

 

For pre-order and custom items, it can take 5 -15business days for tracking updates to appear. This is totally normal — it just means your order is carefully designed.

4. Do I need to pay for international taxes and duties?

All our product prices are nowinclusive of taxes and duties worldwide. That means no surprise fees upon delivery, everything is already taken care of at checkout.

Please note that taxes, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. My order shows up as delivered, but I haven't received

If you can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number. Please get in touch via official@dorafindery.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your missing package.

 

If your order continues to be missing after following the above steps, please note that we are unable to offer reshipments on orders that show up as delivered.

To protect your packages' safety, we offer an delivery insurance for you to choose at the check out page. Spend little to protect your packages during shipping. You can get fully refund if your packages lost.

Return

1. Can I return my order?

We are sorry you may want to return your order.

Unfortunately, most of our products are handmade and customized. If the packages delivered in good condition, we are not be able to accept return.

If you have any concern or questions, you are more than welcome to contact with us. We will do our best to assist.

Custom-For all the customized items, we will confirm the final design with you before producing. Once the design confirmed, it will not eligible for return or exchange.
